Welcome back!
I was really bored the other day as I was at work and I was reading something about the American Idol premiere. This got me thinking about how talented these people were, and many of them didn't even have to work at it. That's the life! I need to get paid for my talents!
So, I started taking an inventory of my talents to see if any of them are useful enough for me to pursue a career with, but alas I've found whatever talent I have, I know it's more useful than some of these guys:
Don't get me wrong, I applaud this guy tremendously. I've watched the tutorial and the pure physics of this operation is intense. I just don't know how much real-life application this has. Sure, he could become a great entertainer; but I wouldn't pay to see some guy stacking dice. Would you?
But in this guy's defense, at least he's not pulling a car by his eyelids. Observe exhibit A:
That's just plain stupidity. I don't even think this guy can qualify this as a talent.
I guess this just really bums me out; growing up I always saw my weird talent of sweating profusely from one armpit my way to the big leagues, but I guess not.
Leave me a comment with the talents you have that you think will help you make it big. But, if all else fails, I hear Wendy's is hiring.
great blog, i think that sweating profusely from one armpit is a great way to make it big don't give up the dream. but, if that doesn't work a talent you could use is S.A.B.O.D.
ReplyDeletecould someone really pull a car with their eyelids? that pic looked photoshoped to me. i think burping the abc's is a pretty useless talent. i mean, it's entertaining sure, but it's not that great.
ReplyDeleteOkay, the first guys is awesome. I would definitely stop to watch him at the Ohio State Fair, at least. But I probably wouldn't pay either.
ReplyDeleteAs for my talents... my shoulders are somewhat double-jointed? That's about it.
Nice post! =)
